User Accounts

When you use our Discord bot, we create a game account linked to your Discord ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Exploit bugs or glitches in the Service
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Service
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Football Manager Discord Bot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User-Generated Content

Our Service may allow you to create content within the game. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in any existing or future media.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Football Manager Discord Bot, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
