Every coin, player, and reward is earned through legitimate gameplay. No cheating, no exploits, no shortcuts.
Transparency
All transactions, pack odds, and reward systems are documented and auditable. No hidden mechanics.
Accountability
Rules apply equally to everyone—players, staff, and admins. Violations have clear consequences.
Protection
Systems detect and prevent market manipulation, collusion, and abuse to protect honest players.
Prohibited Activities
Market Manipulation
Artificially inflating or crashing player prices, coordinating with others to control the market, or hoarding cards to create scarcity.
Penalty: Asset confiscation + temporary ban
Coin Transfers & Alt Accounts
Using multiple accounts to funnel coins or players to your main account, or trading between your own accounts to bypass progression.
Penalty: All accounts frozen + coin confiscation
Exploits & Automation
Using bots, macros, or scripts to automate commands, exploiting bugs for unfair advantages, or circumventing cooldowns.
Penalty: Permanent ban + asset wipe
Match Fixing & Collusion
Coordinating match outcomes with opponents, intentionally losing to help friends, or manipulating ranked placements.
Penalty: Ranked ban + coin confiscation
Hidden Deals & Off-Platform Trading
Trading players or coins outside the bot's systems (Discord DMs, external payments), or undisclosed sponsorship arrangements.
Penalty: Full audit + sanctions based on findings
Detection & Enforcement
Our systems monitor the economy 24/7 to detect suspicious patterns. When violations are found, we follow a three-tier review process:
Tier 1: Initial Review
Compliance officer investigates within 48 hours. Minor violations may result in warnings.
Tier 2: Panel Review
Three senior admins examine serious cases within 5 business days. Can issue bans and confiscations.
Tier 3: Final Appeal
Independent arbitrators review appeals within 10 business days. Decision is final.
All sanctions are documented and published quarterly in anonymized compliance reports to maintain transparency.
Report Violations
If you suspect someone is breaking the rules, you can report it confidentially through our support system.
Reports are taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. False reports intended to harm others may result in penalties for the reporter.
